Research

Age-related changes in immune function and the effects of exercise and nutrition on the immune system including mechanisms by which physical exercise and nutrition modulate immune response to infections and vaccines in elderly humans.  Additionally, Dr. Kapasi is researching determinants of referrals for physical therapy in a private practice setting.
